Termination of Employment

Have you been dismissed following a Disciplinary Hearing or has your Employer done something which has caused you to feel like you can no longer work for them? Perhaps you have been offered a Compromise Agreement? Please note that as a general rule you cannot claim Unfair Dismissal if you have worked somewhere for less than a year but there are exceptions to this.
