Care Proceedings

Many of our team are members of the Law Society Children Panel and are recognised specialists in court proceedings where the Local Authority Social Services children department are involved with you and your children.

We can come with you to initial meetings and try to help you work with Social Services to resolve the problems.

If Care Proceedings are started at court we can represent you at all levels within the Family Court and can employ specialist services such as expert witnesses and Barristers where necessary.

We can deal with the whole range of public law children cases for you, from a Supervision or Care order through to long term foster care placements, adoption or whether to apply for a Special Guardianship order.
