We understand the terrible position of being in fear for your own safety or that of your children and that for domestic violence victims it can often be difficult to do anything about it. We will help you to decide which sort of restraining order you might need, whether it is a non-molestation order (to protect you physically) or an ouster or occupation order (to regulate occupation of a house), and will liaise with the Police and other professionals to ensure the best outcome for you and your family.

Likewise, we appreciate how difficult it can be to be accused of violent behaviour and face the possible loss of your children, home and even possibly your liberty as a result of false accusations being made.

We represent many victims of Domestic Violence as well as many respondents and always treat each in a fair and even handed way.
