We provide a fixed fee Debt Collection Service, covering 3 essential stages of debt recovery, which includes

• Dealing with pre-action matters such as about how much interest you may be able to claim against the debt and sending a letter before action seeking recovery of the monies due;
• Issuing Court proceedings using claims online or the local County Court.
• Securing a County Court Judgement If and when the matter becomes contested and therefore not part of our Fixed Fee service, we have a team of lawyers who are specialists in dealing with contract and commercial disputes, and who can continue to deal with the case for you if you wish.
