Remortgages

Remortgages are often dealt with “in house” by mortgage lending companies in their volume conveyancing centres “up country”. However if the property is in any way unusual e.g. mixed residential/commercial use, complicated unregistered titles, requiring division of the property into separate parts or transfers between co-owners then we can help where they cannot.

Our property lawyers have excellent relations with many local mortgage brokers who finding the right mortgage product for you know that it is important that the matter is completed as quickly as possible to meet your financial needs.

Creditors may be chasing and with our specialist Dispute Resolution Department on hand we can fend them off to give you breathing space within which to reorganise your finances. As much as it is said “a little knowledge is a bad thing” it can be said that “experienced legal knowledge can prove invaluable”.
