Residential Tenancy Agreements

We look at tenancy agreements from two directions.

Firstly, when both the Landlord and Tenant are in agreement and anxious to conclude the tenancy so that quickly prepare the documentation to record the agreement

Secondly, from our experience in dealing with tenancy disputes we look to protect the landlord. We work closely with our Personal Dispute Department and have a full understanding of the potential problems that landlords could face.

We can explain the complexities of a great swathe of housing legislation dealing with tenants rights with regard to repair and maintenance, protection for deposits, protection from harassment and/or eviction or indeed how most effectively to evict a Tenant who is breaching their agreement.
