Family Trusts

We have a dedicated team of trust and tax lawyers, including two of the partners in the firm and a specialist in trust administration, all of whom have expertise in trust law.

We administer a wide range of Trusts (often acting as trustees for people ourselves) and provide a complete service which can include advising trustees on practical and technical issues that arise, arranging external investment advice and, where appropriate, accountancy advice.
