Inheritance Tax

We regularly provide Inheritance Tax advice for clients on the latest IHT legislation or Revenue practice as it applies to them. No two clients are the same and this can include some increasingly technical areas such as in relation to Agricultural Property Relief from inheritance tax.

We also advise on the Capital Gains Tax implications of proposed transactions/disposals and, where possible, how to mitigate related CGT charges.
