We can advise on the content and required formalities of the power of attorney form as well as registration, if it becomes necessary, and liaising with the Office of the Public Guardian and the Court of Protection.

Administering Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney – We have considerable expertise in acting for clients who have lost capacity to run their own financial affairs. Day to day work is carried out cost effectively by specialists in this field and we are used to liaising with third party care providers, Social Services, the Court and the wider family, for example.
