If you have been appointed personally as an executor, we can help in many ways. We routinely advise executors and work closely with them on applications for, say, a Grant of Probate (where there is a Will) or a Grant of Letters of Administration (where there is no Will), including preparation of the relevant Revenue papers and liaising with third party institutions such as banks and pension providers.

We have extensive experience of a whole range of estates – from landed estates and farmers, to business-owners, to non-UK residents and even to insolvent estates.
