Farming Partnerships

It is important to have a Partnership Agreement in place to protect all parties in the event of things not working out as originally planned. If you do not have a formal agreement, you are effectively leaving things to the antiquated and lightweight Partnership Act from the 19th Century, which may have all sorts of unforeseen consequences.
