Property Development

The laws surrounding the development of residential and commercial land are becoming increasingly more complex. Our property land development solicitors will advise you on all aspects of the development from the development land sale through to land planning matters and infrastructure agreements for estate roads and services i.e. water, electricity, drainage. We handle all types of projects including office developments, industrial warehousing and residential developments. We will set up the contract documents for freehold plot sales both residential and commercial and leasehold flat/shop/office sales.

We also advice on Option Agreements ( future sale/purchase of property often subject to planning being obtain) and Overage ( increase in property value where future planning consent obtained and sale takes place).

We work closely with our other departments when necessary including Property Litigation and Corporate and Commercial.
