Contract and Commercial Disputes
We provide expert advice and assistance relating to all forms of contract dispute whether they relate to consumer contracts or business to business contracts. We provide expert advice on the formation of contracts, breach of contract, remedies by way of damages and the ending of contracts. Quite often contracts can be considered unfair and we can consider with you whether a particular contract might be challenged on that basis.
Where Court proceedings are necessary, our expert team are able to act to take enforcement action before the Court in respect of breach of contracts and to seek the appropriate redress by way of compensation or the ending of contracts.

Environmental permits are now required for all properties with a private drainage system
The Environmental Permitting Regulations 2010 came into force on 6th April 2010. The objective is to regulate the discharge of treated sewage and effluent by the issuing of permits. Most properties are connected to the main sewers, however for some properties this is not possible and there needs to be an alternative method for waste disposal.
