“In With The New” Seminar
Coodes hosted a Business Services seminar on December 7th. The seminar was aimed at businesses in the Camborne, Pool and Redruth area. It took place in the Botallack Conference Room in the Berlewen Building, Trevonson Road, Redruth.
The topics included: Protecting Your Business; Employment Law Changes; Carbon Credit Leases, Business Terms and Conditions, Update on the Convergence Partnership and the latest from the Pool Innovation Centre.

Environmental permits are now required for all properties with a private drainage system
The Environmental Permitting Regulations 2010 came into force on 6th April 2010. The objective is to regulate the discharge of treated sewage and effluent by the issuing of permits. Most properties are connected to the main sewers, however for some properties this is not possible and there needs to be an alternative method for waste disposal.
