Coodes employment team to provide free training for Disability Cornwall
Disability Cornwall are organising a number of informal workshops in partnership with Coodes’ employment team who are providing free employer training for people using Direct Payments or Personal Budgets, or who intend to in the future.
Employment law is a wide area and subject to constant change. The workshops will cover some of the essential information you will need as an employer such as the requirement for employment contracts and the information they should include, as well as Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures with an overview of unfair dismissal.
Dates and timings of the workshops are as follows:
Tuesday 4 October 1 – 4pm One Stop Shop, St Austell
Friday 7 October 1 – 4pm The Warehouse, Disability Cornwall, Hayle
Monday 10 October 1 – 4pm The Echo Centre, Liskeard
