Coodes Solicitors celebrates double award thanks to excellent client and staff care

Coodes Solicitors is celebrating after being recognised for continued excellence in client and staff care.

The firm has once again maintained its Investors in People (IIP) accreditation and has also been reaccredited with Lexcel, the Law Society’s quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and client support.

The news comes as Coodes marks a year of positive growth, which has seen business increase across a number of legal services from commercial property to dispute resolution.

“It is fantastic to once again achieve both of these reaccreditations,” said Becky Hosken, Human Resources Manager for Coodes.

“They are like a health check for the business, to make sure we maintain our high standards both on the legal and the employment sides.”

The IIP accolade – achieved by Coodes for more than a decade – aims to showcase the firm’s strong leadership and vision along with its culture of staff improvement across its network of offices in Cornwall and Devon. As part of the scheme, the organisation is able to benchmark its work against other business leaders, learning about and taking on their successful working practices.

Being linked to the Lexcel brand for the third year in a row also allows Coodes to highlight its commitment to delivering high quality legal services and increasing client satisfaction.

As part of both accreditation schemes, Coodes undergoes regular rigorous assessments looking at all areas of the business from client services to risk and case management. Staff are also regularly asked for their feedback on the company.
