Coodes launches a new package designed to help the county’s businesses deal with HR issues.
With the amount of legal claims made by employees increasing year on year, we have unveiled our Coodes HR Plus packages.
The scheme has been designed to help protect companies from having to pay compensation and legal fees if an employee makes a claim against them.
Coodes partner and employment specialist, Peter Lamble, said: “There are around 170,000 legal claims made against employers every year and this figure is rising, particularly due to the current economic climate.
“As an employer protecting your business, and your staff, is important.

The solicitors have set up three plans: Coodes HR Plus Gold package; Coodes HR Plus Audit; and Coodes HR Plus Helpline.
The Gold plan includes a comprehensive review of employment documentations, updating and producing new documents, a phone or email helpdesk, ongoing and up-to-date legal help, insurance cover, and 20 percent off fixed price legal fees.
