Coodes boosts property team

The property team at Coodes Solicitors has been given a boost with a new appointment.

David Williams, aged 30, joined Coodes’ Truro team in mid-November and will move to the St Austell office next year.

The former Bishop Bronescombe and Truro School pupil qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and moved to Coodes after 4 years at a Truro firm. David previously worked in a top 100 Bristol firm and a full-service firm in South Wales.

David said: “It has long been acknowledged that the days of going to the same individual solicitor for all your legal needs has past and I wanted to establish myself as a specialist in both advisory and transactional property law. My move to a well established, full service firm with a department led approach allows me to do this whilst providing a more efficient service to clients”.
