Coodes Academy Post Conversion Services

Mon 26th Mar 2012

We have an established and dedicated Academies Team – a cross-spectrum of friendly legal experts who are members of the Education Law Association. We are able to advise you on all aspects of the conversion process and your ongoing legal requirements post conversion.

We have acted on behalf of schools both in Cornwall and nationwide and can advise community, trust, foundation, voluntary assisted, voluntary controlled and PFI schools. We are also able to advise collaborative partnerships and academy chains.

We understand that, post conversion, you will require help and support across a range of legal issues. Knowing exactly what you require and when will be impossible to predict and we have developed a range of fixed price services which give you flexibility and choice – allowing you access to our specialist team whenever you need them and on day-to-day issues that arise.

You will have the comfort of knowing that your legal advisers are only ever a phone call away and can provide practical advice on all matters including property, employment, company and commercial (including governance issues), commercial disputes, charity law, intellectual property and debt recovery.

We offer a free initial consultation to assess your needs and to discuss the different options available to you.

We will also provide training for new employees and Governors and/or Trustees in understanding the requirements of their new roles and the Academy’s legal obligations. We are committed to becoming your legal advisers for the long term and will help realise your ambitions to grow and develop your Academy.

If you would like to find out more please contact Kirsty McAuley on 01872 246200 and download our flyer on academypostconversionservice.
