Cornish born Olympian Gold medal winner, Ed Coode, will spur business people on during a keynote speech at Cornwall’s most prestigious business event Cornwall Business Fair 2014 on Wednesday 14 May.
In “Gold Fever and Legal Lessons” Ed will talk about the Olympic Games and his rowing career and also the lessons he learnt – which are still relevant to business and his legal career at Coodes Solicitors today. Ed will open up about dealing with the unexpected; leadership and how they were forced to put a new crew together just six weeks ahead of the start of the Olympics in Athens.
Ed Coode is latest of 6 keynote speakers to be announced for Cornwall Business Fair 2014, hosted by Cornwall Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Get Set For Growth and The Health & Wellbeing Innovation Centre.
Ed will join a host of inspirational business leaders, motivators and creatives who are spurring Cornish businesses on to succeed at the Fair. Cornwall Business Fair 2014 takes place in The Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre on 14th May 2014 from 10am-4pm. The Fair is the centerpiece of Cornwall Business Week, with the Cornwall Business Awards taking place on Thursday 15th May 2014 rounding off the week’s festivities.
