Following attempts at pre-action settlement, we issued a professional negligence claim against their former solicitors. Via negotiations with the neighbouring owners, Mr & Mrs C secured adequate rights of access and these were formalised by us. Their former solicitors then settled the claim by paying Mrs & Mrs C damages and reimbursing them for the costs and expenses that they had incurred.
