Very troublesome and non- paying tenant

Wed 6th May 2015

Coodes’ Solcitor Ben Sidgwick acted for Mrs D, a landlady who wanted to secure vacant possession from a very troublesome and non-paying tenant. Following service of a notice the tenant still failed to vacate so we issued possession proceedings. The tenant raised numerous arguments in her defence including falsifying a tenancy agreement. We addressed each an every argument raised by the tenant and secured vacant possession for Mrs D.
