Training strengthens Coodes’ reputation for dispute resolution

Ben Sidgwick is the latest lawyer from Coodes Solicitors to have completed specialist training focusing on disputed wills and trusts as well as inheritance and probate claims.

Based in the firm’s Penzance and St Ives offices, Ben completed the training over a period of three years helping to enhance his professional experience and expertise in the field of personal disputes.

Ben, who grew up in Cornwall before going to University in Durham and Cardiff, qualified with Coodes in 2009 and is now an Associate Solicitor in the firm. Working in the Personal Disputes team, he has developed particular expertise in property and land disputes as well as contentious private client work.
