Two litigation executives from Coodes Solicitors have been recognised by APIL (the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
APIL is the national organisation for personal injury law and its quality mark is only given to professionals who can demonstrate a high level of expertise and commitment to clients. Bob Beard and Sharon Parsons join colleague Catherine Hyde as APIL accredited litigators in Coodes’ Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence teams.
Coodes now has three APIL accredited litigators, more than any other firm in Cornwall, reflecting its commitment to getting justice for people who have been injured in an accident that was not their fault.
With 50 years’ experience between them, Sharon Parsons and Bob Beard are both based in Coodes’ Falmouth office but support clients across Cornwall and Devon. They are part of Coodes’ growing team, which supports people who have suffered injuries through accidents or clinical negligence.
Sharon Parsons said: “It is really good to have my experience recognised with this national accreditation. APIL is very well regarded so this is a great way to highlight the expertise we have here at Coodes.”
Bob Beard said: “APIL makes it easier for people who are looking for an experienced and well-qualified lawyer to get the support they need. I am proud that Coodes now has three APIL accredited litigators – more than any other firm in Cornwall.”
