Ben Sidgwick is the latest lawyer from Coodes Solicitors to become a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). ACTAPS is the leading body for legal professionals dealing with disputed will, inheritance and probate claims.
Ben Sidgwick, who grew up in Cornwall before going to University in Durham and Law School in Cardiff, joined Coodes in 2007 qualifying with Coodes as a Solicitor in 2009 and is now an Associate with the firm. Working in the Personal Disputes Team, he has developed particular expertise in property and land disputes as well as contentious will, inheritance and probate work.
