Coodes named best conveyancing firm in Cornwall and Devon

Coodes Solicitors has been named the best conveyancing firm in Cornwall and Devon by The ESTAS, the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

The South West law firm was presented with six awards at a prestigious awards ceremony by TV property expert Phil Spencer at the Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London on Friday 19^th October. The event was attended by 400 of the UK’s top property lawyers.

Coodes’ St Ives office was crowned best in Cornwall, while the firm’s Holsworthy office was named best in Devon. The firm also scooped all three awards in the South West Regional category. Coodes’ St Ives office was also awarded Gold in the South West Regional category, with the Holsworthy office being presented with Silver and St Austell receiving the Bronze award. In addition, Coodes was awarded with Silver in the category of Best Regional Group.

Run by the ESTAS Group, which highlights the best firms for customer service involved in buying or selling properties, the Conveyancer Awards are sponsored by SearchFlow. The ESTAS Awards determine the best conveyancing firms in the UK based purely on feedback from customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their conveyancer or solicitor. 8,000 surveys were completed by customers during the competition.
