The 2018 edition of the Legal 500 UK recommends Coodes for its expertise in advising those seeking compensation for clinical negligence and personal injury, agriculture and estates as well as handling contentious trusts and probates.
The national guide highlights Coodes’ expertise in a wide range of clinical negligence cases, including being adept in representing clients at inquests in relation to preventable suicides of mental health patients. It particularly praises Partner Tim Goldburn for his ‘vast experience’ and for being ‘very able and good with clients’. It also ranks Coodes Solicitors for its expertise in personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work and public liability claims.
The guide praises the Rural Services team’s expertise in commercial property and succession planning, disputes, contentious probate, divorce and crime, stating that the team is ‘highly experienced and has deep professional knowledge’.
