She boasts a strong network of local connections, particularly in west Cornwall.

Abi Lutey, partner and head of the Commercial Disputes Team at Coodes, said: “In the last twelve months, we have seen an exponential growth in cases concerning Commercial Disputes, particularly property litigation, but more recently we have seen an increase in instructions relating to insolvency and debt work which appear to have come about post-Covid, as businesses and individuals struggle with the perfect storm of increase in energy costs, the cost of living crisis and inflation. We have a strong demand from our existing client base as well as instructions from new clients referred to the team.”

She added: “Our team has grown over the last two years, almost doubling in size.
