Coodes Newquay office has moved

The Coodes team have moved into a new office in Newquay, hosted by Mor Workspace in Treloggan Lane, just 10 minutes up the road from the firm’s old office in the town.

With a network of offices across Cornwall and Devon, we’ve been in the middle of Newquay in Cheltenham Place for over forty years. Having built up a strong reputation and client base in the local community, the team felt that our office space no longer met their needs nor those of their clients.

That is why we found a new location nearby which offers better facilities, including easier access, less congestion and free parking.

The new co-working space will enable Coodes to work with other business and the Newquay community more easily. As well as having two office units, the team will have access to all the benefits Mor Workspace has to offer including meeting rooms, shared co-working space, breakout areas and wellbeing spaces.

The flexibility that Mor Workspace offers fits well as part of our agility programme, which has been rolled out across all eight offices across the region. This programme formalises our modern working policies to give our staff a more flexible and collaborative working environment.

We’re also changing how we look…

When you arrive at our new office, you may notice something different about us. That’s because we have just started to introduce a new look to Coodes.

Over the coming months we will be phasing in this new look across all our customer facing materials, from emails and letters to our website and offices. So if you receive something from us that looks different, that will be why. And if you ever receive something that you’re unsure about, then always feel free to contact us.

…but not what we do

As one of the South West’s longest-established law firm, Coodes won’t be changing the name upon which we have been built these past 275 years. Nor will we change the values that keep us rooted in the communities we serve.

What we are introducing is a new visual identity, with a new logo and colour scheme that we hope better reflects those values and serves Coodes long into the future. Underpinning our new identity is the idea that we provide all our clients with a strong circle of support, for all of life’s most significant moments.

In fact, we are hugely proud that for many clients, we are your lawyers for life.
