Coodes Solicitors is celebrating a double success after members of its Business Services and Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury teams were recognised at two prestigious regional legal awards.
At the Cornwall Law Society Awards 2025, held in the spectacular surroundings of Truro Cathedral, Lisa Robinson was named Commercial Property Lawyer of the Year and Fleur Uren was highly commended in the Junior Lawyer of the Year category. The firm was also shortlisted for Large Law Firm of the Year, with Jo Morgan nominated for Leader of the Year.
Meanwhile, at the Devon and Somerset Law Society (DASLS) Awards, held at the University Exeter, Coodes’ Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team was named Team of the Year, recognising the team’s outstanding legal work and compassionate support for clients navigating often life-changing circumstances.
Lisa Robinson, a well-respected member of Coodes’ Commercial Property team, has built a strong reputation for her work, with more than 30 years of experience specialising in the rural sector.
Lisa handles a wide range of dealings with agricultural property, including the sale and purchase of farms as a whole or in lots, auctions, farm business tenancies, as well as general commercial property matters such as sales, purchases and financing of real estate and granting and taking of business leases.
Her win recognises not only her legal expertise but also her commitment to clients and the high level of service she consistently delivers.

Fleur Uren, a rising star in the firm’s Commercial Disputes team was highly commended in the Junior Lawyer of the Year category. Fleur qualified as a solicitor in 2023, having previously completed a training contract with Coodes and prior to that working as a paralegal with the firm. She supports clients across a broad range of commercial, property and corporate disputes.
