Diversity Survey Summary

Coodes are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all staff (including members and partners) and job applicants. We aim to create a working environment in which all individuals are able to make best use of their skills, free from discrimination or harassment, and in which all decisions are based on merit.

We monitor the diversity of our staff and publish the results of our biennual survey supporting the Solicitors Regulation Authority in their commitment to promoting Equality and Diversity within the sector, to ensure the profession is as open as it can be to individuals of all backgrounds, interests, ages etc. to increase diversity and social mobility within the legal workforce.
