Our debt recovery services

In simple debt cases, we offer Debt Recovery, a step-by-step, fixed-fee service that covers:

• Pre-action letter
• Issuing a claim
• Obtaining a Court order or ‘judgment’ for your debt, plus interest and, where appropriate, costs
• Enforcement and recovery of the sum owed

Under normal circumstances, we are able to recover debts up to six years from the date they became payable.

In debt cases that are contested – where the customer disputes the applicability or size of the debt – our Commercial Dispute Resolution team will guide you through the process, advise you on your options and, where appropriate provide robust representation, including Court action if required.
