Coodes shortlisted for two prestigious property awards

Posted on June 23, 2017

Coodes Solicitors has been shortlisted for two categories in the LFS Conveyancing Awards 2017. The South West law firm is a finalist for the Regional Firm of the Year: South and South West award and for the Best Website and Use of Social Media award.

Coming just two weeks after Coodes Solicitors was shortlisted for the Eclipse Proclaim Modern Law Conveyancing Awards, this is further recognition of the firm’s innovative and expert approach to helping people buy and sell properties. The LFS Conveyancing Awards involve a rigorous seven-stage judging process, involving some of the UK’s key figures in the property world. The winners will be announced at a gala dinner in Birmingham in September, which will be attended by leading law firms from across the UK.

In its entries, Coodes highlighted the Residential Property team’s expertise in a number of specialist areas, including supporting first time buyers and advising on buy to let and affordable housing. The team also focused on its approach to protecting clients from fraud and its innovative use of IT and social media, as well as its regional standing as Cornwall’s leading conveyancer.

Peter Lamble, Chairman at Coodes Solicitors said: “I am extremely proud that our Residential Property team has once again been shortlisted for a national award. It is a fantastic achievement to be recognised alongside other excellent conveyancing firms from up and down the country.

“Over the last few months the team has been through a period of fast growth and has adapted to continue to offer the highest level of service to clients.

“Being shortlisted for not one, but two LFS Conveyancing Awards demonstrates just how well the team is performing. Once again, I would like to congratulate the Residential Property team for their commitment and professionalism.”
