Coodes shortlisted for major conveyancing award

Posted on July 13, 2018

Coodes Solicitors has been shortlisted in the LFS Conveyancing Awards 2018. Coodes’ Residential Property team is a finalist for the Regional Firm of the Year: South and South West award, which recognises excellence in customer service.

To secure a place on the shortlist, Coodes beat off competition from leading law firms across the South of England. The winners will be announced at a Gala Awards Dinner in Birmingham in September, which is described as “the biggest and most prestigious event in the conveyancing calendar.”

The shortlisting for the LFS Conveyancing Awards is a rigorous process involving a panel of judges, who are all leading figures in the world of conveyancing. It involves a review of each firm’s application and extensive research, including obtaining customer feedback at five different stages of their house sale or purchase.

Coodes Solicitors was named runner up in the 2017 LFS Conveyancing Awards and was also presented with six awards at last year’s ESTAS Conveyancer Awards. In recent years, the firm has been growing its Residential Property team and has made a number of key appointments and promotions across its network of offices in Cornwall and Devon.

Jo Morgan, Partner in the Residential Property team at Coodes Solicitors said: “Being shortlisted for the LFS Conveyancing Awards is a testament to our continued commitment to customer service. We are delighted to be shortlisted alongside some really great firms from across the South and South West of England.

“We are especially proud to be shortlisted because these awards are based heavily on customer feedback. Moving house can be a very stressful experience so we aim to remove some of that stress, by providing a fast, efficient service and always keeping our clients up to date. While we have been growing our team to meet demand, our priority has always been to deliver a first class experience to all our clients.”
