Coronavirus – the next steps

Posted on November 27, 2020

Despite the challenging circumstances created by the coronavirus pandemic, we have remained open for business throughout – serving the needs of both existing and new clients.

Although restrictions will be easing on the 19th July, our priority remains the health and safety of our clients and our staff. We also want to make sure that our staff remain able to progress your transaction, which will not be possible if they fall ill or have to self-isolate. With this in mind we are proceeding with care.

We will:

  • Continue to see clients virtually where possible
  • Where face to face meetings are essential, prior booking will be required. If you are due to visit us then please refer to this document.
  • Continue social distancing, mask wearing and hand sanitisation protocols.

Communication

Electronic communication means that we can contact you effectively and efficiently and avoids the need for you to come into the office, keeping you, our staff and the wider community safe. If you prefer a paper format, or need to call into one of our offices, this is not a problem but please telephone ahead to make an appointment, even if you are just dropping off papers.

We have centralised our post through the St Austell office so please use this address to send any physical documents which cannot be emailed.

Documentation

If you need to drop off or collect documents, we can do this by appointment only.

Payments

If you need to make any payment then please call us on 0800 328 3282 and we can take card payments over the telephone or provide you with our bank details for bank transfer.

We are confident that the steps we have already taken will allow us to continue to serve the needs of our clients throughout the challenges of the pandemic and far beyond. We constantly review the way we deliver our services to ensure that they are meeting your needs.

Our up to date risk assessment to maintain safety for clients and staff is available should you wish to view it – Covid-19 Risk Assessment.

If you have any concerns or if you wish to speak with us, please call us on 0800 328 3282 – we are here to help you.
