Coronavirus – what we are doing
Despite the challenging circumstances created by the coronavirus pandemic, we have remained open for business throughout – serving the needs of both existing and new clients.
To continue to protect the health and safety of our clients and staff we are seeing clients virtually wherever possible. Where a face to face meeting is essential, we are arranging those in advance.
This enables us to keep our clients and staff as safe as possible whilst progressing your case.
How we are continuing to look after you:
At the beginning of the pandemic we swiftly moved to remote working for the vast majority of our staff. This has enabled them to progress your case seamlessly, despite not being in a physical office. The technology we already had in place allows us secure access to your files at all times.
We also use a state of the art telephone system which means we are always able to take your call. The system also enables us to communicate with you by either a video or telephone call. Electronic communication means that we can communicate with you more effectively and efficiently but a traditional paper format is still available if preferred. Communicating in these ways avoids the need for you to come into the office, keeping you, our staff and the wider community safe.
If communicating by Royal Mail, please note we have centralised our post through the St Austell office, so please use this address to send any physical documents which cannot be emailed.
If you need to drop off or collect documents, we can do this by appointment only in our St Austell, Truro, Penzance and Launceston offices.
If you need to make any payment then please call us on 0800 328 3282 and we can take card payments over the telephone or provide you with our bank details for bank transfer.
We are confident that the steps we have already taken will allow us to continue to serve the needs of our clients throughout the challenges of the pandemic and far beyond. We constantly review the way we deliver our services to ensure that they are meeting your needs.
