Coronavirus – what we are doing
Despite the challenging circumstances created by the coronavirus pandemic, we have remained open for business throughout – serving the needs of both existing and new clients.
The health and safety of our clients and staff is important to us and, unfortunately, due to the recent changes we have deemed it necessary to close the doors of our offices. This enables us to keep our staff as safe as possible so we can continue to provide our service to you.
How we are continuing to look after you:
At the beginning of the pandemic we swiftly moved to remote working for the vast majority of our staff. This enabled them to progress your case seamlessly, despite not being in a physical office. The technology we already had in place allows us secure access to your files at all times.
We also use a state of the art telephone system which means we are always able to take your call. The system also enables us to communicate with you by either a video or telephone call. We can still easily communicate via email or traditional paper format. Please discuss with your lawyer your preferred method of communication. Communicating in these ways avoids the need for you to come into the office, keeping you, our staff and the wider community safe.
Email is the fastest and therefore preferred method for you to send us documentation. To speed up the processing of Royal Mail we have centralised our post through the St Austell office, so please use this address to send any physical documents which cannot be emailed.
If you need to make any payment then please call us on 0800 328 3282 and we can take card payments over the telephone or provide you with our bank details for bank transfer.
We are confident that the steps we have already taken will allow us to continue to serve the needs of clients throughout the challenges of the pandemic and far beyond. We will continue to develop the way we deliver our services to ensure they are delivered in the most efficient and appropriate way.
Our up to date risk assessment to maintain safety for clients and staff is available should you wish to view it – Covid-19 Risk Assessment.
If you have any concerns or if you wish to speak with us, please call us on 0800 328 3282 – we are here to help you.
