Tax-efficiency – design structure to maximise profits after all taxes, including: Investor incentives; Employee remuneration planning; R&D tax credits; Capital allowances for R&D; Tax-efficient structures and VAT.

Routes to patent protection, what can be patented and the lifetime of a patent. Enforcement of your rights and potential infringement of third party rights and alternative forms of protection.

The presentations will be followed by a Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to raise any specific issues you may have with the expert panel.
