New solicitor joins Coodes’ growing Falmouth team

Coodes Solicitors has expanded its Falmouth team by recruiting a new solicitor. Amy Quinn has joined the South West law firm’s Wills, Trusts and Probate team having recently relocated to Falmouth with her family.

Originally from Northern Ireland, Amy brings a wealth of experience in wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, administering estates and advising on trusts and tax matters. Prior to joining Coodes, she was a member of the private client team at Timms Solicitors in Leicestershire, having previously worked for law firms in Nottingham. Amy is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a trained Dementia Friend and a volunteer with the Cinnamon Trust.

Speaking of her appointment, Amy said: “When I was researching law firms in Cornwall, Coodes was the name that kept coming up. It was clear that Coodes had a really strong reputation and was very well known and respected. I was absolutely delighted when the opportunity came up in the Falmouth office.

“I have had a very warm welcome and am really looking forward to getting to know clients locally and developing my career here in Falmouth.”

Coodes Solicitors opened its office at Falmouth Business Park in 2015, following a merger with Preston Goldburn. The newest in the South West law firm’s network of offices across Cornwall and Devon, the Falmouth office provides expert legal advice on issues including clinical negligence and personal injury claims, wills, estate administration and elderly client matters conveyancing, corporate and commercial and family law.
