Coodes Solicitors has expanded its award-winning Residential Property team by recruiting a new lawyer to its St Austell office. Based across Cornwall and Devon, the fast-growing conveyancing team helps clients buy and sell properties, supporting them through the complex, and sometimes stressful, legal process of moving house.
Chloe Liddicoat joins Coodes’ St Austell office from local firm Charles French & Co Solicitors, where she developed expertise in residential and commercial property law. Chloe grew up in the St Austell area and studied at Cornwall College before achieving a Law degree at the University of Plymouth. She recently graduated from her legal training with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive (CILEx) and is now working towards achieving her CILEx fellowship.
Chloe Liddicoat said: “I was keen to join a large local firm that could offer me opportunities to progress in my career so Coodes was the natural choice. In my previous role I had seen how Coodes’ Residential Property team works and was impressed with their efficiency and level of service.
“I have always lived in the St Austell area, and am happy to be able to further my career here. I have had a very warm welcome and am really looking forward to working with the team at Coodes to help people through the process of buying and selling properties.”
Coodes Solicitors Partner and Head of Residential Property Sarah Cowley said: “We are delighted to welcome Chloe, who shows great promise early in her career.
“The South West property market has become more buoyant in recent months. Our reputation for property expertise and outstanding customer service is growing and, as a result, Coodes is claiming a large share of the market. That means we need to continue to grow our team, across Cornwall and Devon, to meet demand for our conveyancing services.”
The firm is planning further recruitment over the coming months to meet demand for its award-winning conveyancing services.
