Caitlin Facey qualified as a Solicitor in July 2024, having joined the Private Client Team at Coodes in August 2021 and having trained with the firm.
Caitlin’s caseload consists of obtaining Probate and dealing with the Administration of Estates along with drafting Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Caitlin prepares a wide variety of Wills for clients, from simple Wills to more complex Wills involving the use of Trusts. She also assists clients in the preparation and registration of both Health and Welfare, and Property and Financial Lasting Powers of Attorney.
