Sale of substantial property. The transaction involved complications with a failed mining search report, where an additional inspection was required, and costs had to be negotiated. Other work also involved dealing with solar panels and a private drainage system.

Complex transfer of part
Chloe assisted a client in a complex transfer of part involving unregistered farmland, featuring a private water source, a private access way, boundary maintenance agreements, and private drainage.

Complex sale with deed of variation
Handling a freehold sale where a deed of variation was required to amend the terms of the original Transfer Deed in relation to estate rent charges. Completion of the Deed resulted in a successful sale of the property.
