  Dealing with the First Registration and Assent of three parcels of land in West Cornwall.  Daryl reviewed all of the deeds and plans and ensuring that all parcels had the rights that they required.

  Helping a first-time buyer to complete after three previous purchases fell through.  Reviewing the title, lease and replies to leasehold enquiries.  Making sure that all information was provided to his client and that his client was clear on what purchasing a Leasehold Property meant for him.
