She specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Administration of Estates.
Assisting in obtaining the gross and net value of estates, drafting Legal Statements and other supporting documents required for applications for both probate and Letters of Administration. Corresponding with asset holders and all other concerned parties and assisting with the preparation of detailed estate and distribution accounts.
Taking client instructions, discussing client objectives and drafting Wills to meet those objectives. Liaising with clients throughout and engrossing and supervising the execution of the approved Wills in order to ensure the legal requirements for a valid Will are met.
Assisting in planning and drafting Powers of Attorney to provide the client with the outcome they require. Ensuring full understanding of the implications of making a Lasting Power of Attorney and the process and implications of registration.
