Hannah Jenkins joined Coodes in April 2023, after spending 11 years in-house, and now advises clients on Residential Property.
Hannah works within the Residential Property team advising clients on all aspects of residential property.
In this particularly complex case, the client was given the wrong information leading to the property being sold at auction with the auction contract stating it was sold with vacant possession when there was a sitting tenant and abandoned chattels. Hannah led the work in resolving this with the support of a mentoring solicitor, so that vacant possession could be obtained, and the property sale completed.
Hannah managed a high-volume case load of office and industrial units granted by her client across its industrial estate portfolio which involved complexities including break clauses, rent review and management charges.
Acting for a client in the drafting of bespoke leases, such as ice cream kiosks, fisherman stores, car parking spaces, pitch and putt.
