Heather has over 15 years experience of dealing with personal injury claims. She has a broad range of experience in dealing with low value and high value claims including complex injuries and multiple defendants. Heather also has experience with dealing with Criminal Injury Compensation Claims and claims against drivers who are insured overseas.

  • Brain Injury Claim

    Heather advised a client who was injured at work when a door magnet fell on her head causing mild traumatic brain injury and affecting her ability to work. The Claimant received £120,000 in compensation

  • Road Traffic Accident claim

    Heather advised a client who had suffered a head injury as a result of an accident while cycling causing vertigo symptoms that prevented him from continuing in his job as a prison officer. The Claimant received £300,000 in compensation fo9r his injuries, loss of earnings and loss of pension

  • Vulnerable Road User claim

    Heather advised a client who suffered multiple injuries after being hit by a car when cycling. He made a full recovery apart from significant scarring with loss of sensation and received £45,000 in compensation

  • Accident at work

    Heather advised a client who had an accident at work when he suffered a deep laceration to his upper arm. There was a resulting scar which affected the appearance of a tattoo on his arm. The Claimant received compensation of £7000 plus the cost of repairing the tattoo
