Trust Manager and Chartered Tax Advisor
Jane Drummond qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in January 2021 and joined the Wills and Probate team at Coodes in July 2024.
As a member of the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) and Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIoT), Jane has experience in a wide range of personal, business, trusts and estates tax compliance and advisory matters.
Jane manages a portfolio of trusts on behalf of both professional and lay trustees. She ensures the Trusts are fully compliant with HMRC in terms of Self-Assessment Tax forms, Inheritance Tax forms, and the Trust Register.
Jane also liaises with both Trustees and Beneficiaries to make sure they are kept up to date and happy with how the Trust is performing.
She also advises Personal Representatives in respect of the deceased’s personal tax matters to date of death and during the administration of the Estate.
