Lottie is a paralegal in the Residential Property Team and represents clients buying and selling freehold properties.
She is currently in the process of completing her Law Degree.
Lottie particularly enjoys helping first time buyers, and guiding them through the buying process, unfamiliar terms and strict deadlines that can be imposed.
Lottie handles a variety of freehold sales, which includes reviewing the title deeds, preparing and issuing documentation, and progressing the sale.
