Notable Commercial Disputes cases
- Business Tenancy
Lucy acted for a client who had been served with a notice under Section 8 of the Housing Act 1988 by their landlord. She successfully argued that there was no residential tenancy, and that the occupation was, in fact, a protected business tenancy under Part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
