He has 40 years’ experience of successfully handling a wide range of complicated, challenging and high value Personal Injury claims with an excellent reputation in Devon and Cornwall and has a proven track record of securing excellent settlements for clients.

He often deals with clients and their families who have sustained life changing or catastrophic injuries and can secure rehabilitation and support to help clients rebuild their lives and achieve the best outcome in any damages claim successfully turning around cases were liability has been contested.

Prior to joining Coodes, he trained at leading London law firm Allen & Ovary, working there for seven years before locating to Cornwall and starting up Coodes’ Personal Injury team in Truro.
