Jill is an extremely capable and experienced Conveyancer and has been managing her own caseload since 1996.
Jill’s caseload is typically 85% sales and purchases with the remainder of her time spent handling more unusual types of transactions. Jill is also part of the Later Living Team, assisting clients who wish to release equity from their homes.
Jill works closely with the Wills and Probate team to handle matters for beneficiaries and executors of estates.
Sale of flat and grant of new lease requiring drafting, negotiation and advice to client regarding the freehold and the obligations attached. The work included dealing with the release of the flat from the lender’s charge and liaising with the surveyor regarding the lease plan, etc.
Purchase of converted barn being part of land belonging to a farm with a planning restriction on it restricting use to holiday letting. Advising client regarding the removal of the planning restriction, dealing with the purchase of part and advising lender and client accordingly.
Deed of Grant of Easement for developer client in respect of easement for drainage for plot for development.

Jill is a Commissioner for Oaths and is also a member of The Equity Release Council.
