Purchase of a shared ownership property whereby the purchaser bought a 35% share direct from the owner/occupier seller. This transaction was completed simultaneously with staircasing and obtaining a further 25% share direct from the Housing Association.
Purchase of a residential apartment in London over £500K. The leasehold property required drafting and negotiation on a Deed of Variation to alter the terms of the Lease. Also dealing with various issues attached to the freehold title of that building.
Sale of two lots at auction of Barns with planning permission to develop. Advising the client on the best way to separate the two lots ensuring that all necessary provisions were included to allow the purchasers to develop the Barns following completion.
Acted on behalf of a local developer in the sale of three newbuild properties which involved splitting the existing title to enable each property to be sold off as a separate entity. A management company was also set up to manage the common shared areas on the small development.
